 Retail Investment This is the #1 requested investment for our clients. These would include Shopping malls and retail strip plazas anywhere in Ontario and especially in Toronto and GTA.
Food store anchors are highly desirable. Larger single-tenant properties with a strong covenant and long term lease are also requested. Smaller plazas that are well located with a good mix of desirable tenants are also requested.
Industrial Investment Industrial investment opportunities of all sizes. They must be serviced, well maintained and with ease of access to major highways. Size is not an issue.
 Apartment Buildings We have buyers who are seeking to buy larger apartment buildings throughout Southwestern Ontario. The values can be as low as $500,000 to as high as $30 million. We have buyers who are seeking to buy smaller apartment buildings in Toronto. These buildings can be as small as 6 units for new startups and smaller investors.
Residential Retrofit Opportunities We service buyers who are looking for non-residential buildings that would lend themselves to being retrofitted to multi-residential rental or condominium properties.
 Townhouse Development Sites We are frequently probed for vacant land sites which are suited for residential townhouse or row house development. All sites must be large in size (1 Acre and above).
