PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEES

PLANIT charges are based on current market pricing:

• For commercial: call to discuss your needs and our fees. 

• For condos: 6% plus a 15% mark up on all one-time expenses (such as repairs, etc)

• For houses: 7% plus a 15% mark up on all one-time expenses (such as repairs etc)
