Industrial Investment Industrial investment opportunities of all sizes. They must be serviced, well maintained and with ease of access to major highways. Size is not an issue.  Residential Retrofit Opportunities We service buyers who are looking for non-residential buildings that would lend themselves to being retrofitted to multi-residential rental or condominium properties.
Townhouse Development Sites We are frequently probed for vacant land sites which are suited for residential townhouse or row house development. All sites must be large in size (1 Acre and above).  Apartment Buildings We have buyers who are seeking to buy larger apartment buildings throughout Southwestern Ontario. The values can be as low as $500,000 to as high as $30 million.
